Diffuse: Add 5-6 drops to an ultrasonic diffuser to create a calming atmosphere.

Enhance Bath Time: Mix a few drops with carrier oil or Epsom salts before adding to warm bathwater for a spa-like soak.

Warnings: DO NOT DRINK essential oils. Dilute before use; may cause skin irritation in some individuals, so a skin test is recommended prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes.
