Amanda Willett

Founder & Healing Arts Lead

Sage & Soul Collective was envisioned and created by Amanda Willett – trauma-informed coach, healing arts teacher, somatic educator, and founder of The Ritual Cart.

Amanda brings decades of leadership and business experience, certifications in trauma recovery and mental health leadership, and lived experience navigating resilience and reinvention.

Her work bridges:

  • Nervous system regulation
  • Embodied resilience
  • Community-centered healing
  • Practical life integration

Through The Ritual Cart, Amanda curates the botanical elixir bar, seasonal meals, and nourishing offerings that anchor the Soul Sanctuary in sensory experience and everyday ritual.

Her vision is clear:
A modern sanctuary where healing is accessible, practitioners thrive collaboratively, and personal growth aligns with financial clarity.

Restorative Yoga Teacher &
Trauma Recovery Coach

Hi, I’m Amanda Willett. As a survivor, I discovered yoga and the healing arts during one of the most difficult chapters of my life. What began as a personal refuge became a powerful portal-one that led me to my calling: to create brave, nurturing spaces for others to rest, reconnect, and rise.

I’m a certified Trauma Recovery Coach, known as an intuitive guide and empath, trained in mental health, Restorative Hot Stone, Hatha and Yoga Nidra instructor. I also practice Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy (VAT), Reiki, Heart Math, and Mindfulness. My background in business and HR allows me to lead with both heart and strategy, combining entrepreneurship with purpose-driven service.

I live in Millbrook, Ontario with my partner and our three beloved dogs. I’m a proud mama and glamma, a creative at heart, and a connector of people and ideas. I have a soft spot for vintage finds, soulful conversation, strong coffee, and a good glass of wine shared with kindred spirits. When I’m not leading programs, mentoring others or dreaming up new community offerings, you’ll find me exploring nature, designing cozy spaces, or traveling to experience the beauty of diverse cultures.

Healing, to me, is a radical act of self-love-and I’m here to walk alongside you as you reclaim your own sense of peace, purpose, and possibility.

Jessica Auchterlonie

Yoga Teacher

Hi I’m Jess,  a passionate yoga teacher who believes yoga is a powerful tool for connection-within ourselves and with each other. I offer flow classes that blend mindful movement, breath, and alignment to create a grounded, empowering experience. My teaching is rooted in the belief that curiosity and self-compassion are key to any practice. I encourage students to meet themselves exactly where they are, both physically and emotionally, and to explore their practice with openness rather than expectation.

My classes are welcoming, inclusive spaces designed to support all levels and all bodies. I value community deeply and strive to create a sense of belonging where students feel safe, supported, and seen. I guide with intention and care. For me, yoga is about more than movement-it’s about growth, presence, and returning to ourselves together, one breath at a time.

Maya Sibbald

Yoga Teacher

I’m Maya, a registered yoga teacher, runner, and general movement enthusiast. I began dabbling with yoga as a kid, but it wasn’t until I sustained a serious running injury in 2021 that I realized how much I had to gain from a yoga practice. Through yoga, I was able to rebuild strength and mobility after my injury; but of even greater value, it gave me the space to cope with the grab-bag of challenging emotions that come from encountering one’s entropy.

I became a 200hr RYT in 2022, and I’m excited to share my practice with you. As a yoga teacher, I believe it’s essential to always be a student, to frame all bodies as good bodies, and to provide a safe space for students of all abilities to practice yoga and strengthen their connection to self. Although asana (the physical practice) is what initially brings many of us to yoga, I encourage you to stick around for the secret sauce that comes from exploring the self, beyond the physical body. Along with strength and flexibility, you might just find yourself building confidence and resilience, peace and joy, and the capacity to change your own perspective.

Laura Kennedy

Yoga & Meditation Teacher

Hi, I’m Laura. In 2016, I made a conscious decision to slow down and live more intentionally – to be present with my young family and align my life with what truly matters. Now raising two teenage boys, and our dogs, I’ve built a life rooted in mindfulness, nature, and connection.

With over 20 years of yoga practice, I became a certified instructor (YTT 200) and deepened my study of meditation through programs at Kripalu and Omega. These practices became even more essential as I navigated recovery from a concussion – a journey that has taught me the power of patience, acceptance, and self-compassion.

Yoga and meditation have supported me through parenting, healing, and professional life. I’m passionate about sharing these tools with others – helping people slow down, reconnect, and bring more intention and calm into their everyday lives.

Maggie Hillman

Breathwork Facilitator

Hi, I’m Maggie, a certified 9D breathwork facilitator, and my path to this work was anything but ordinary. After decades in education, a journey of self-discovery led me to 9D somatic breathwork and it was love at first sound. Using nine layers of immersive audio delivered through headphones, my sessions are designed to quiet the busy mind, calm the nervous system, and create space for deep reset and healing. I bring warmth, lived experience, and a genuine passion for helping others find their own transformative moment.

When I’m not facilitating, you’ll find me happily navigating life with my husband and our two teenage boys. As a clan, we are campers at heart, always chasing new trails and soaking up the beauty of Ontario’s Parks. I love a good coffee with friends, a puzzle that challenges my very questionable spatial sense, and any excuse to be surrounded by the people I love. My three gents are my world, but I’ll always make room for my other three loves: water, rocks and trees. That connection to the natural world is woven into everything I do, including the space I hold for you in every session.
