Wellness That Does Good.
A Sanctuary Built on Integration
A Sanctuary Built on Integration
Sage & Soul Collective was born from a vision:
to tend to the whole self: body, mind, spirit, and the spaces we share.
Wellness is multidimensional.
It includes how we move.
How we rest.
How we connect.
How we heal.
And how we steward our resources.
Located in the heart of Millbrook, Ontario, Sage & Soul Collective integrates movement, spa rituals, curated retail, botanical nourishment, community learning, coaching, and financial guidance - all within one intentionally designed boutique sanctuary.
This is not accidental.
It is architectural.
Our Foundations
Our Foundations
Sage & Soul Collective evolved from the same heart that founded Help Her Recover and Rituals for Recovery – initiatives created by our founder, Amanda Willett, to support women rebuilding after trauma and exploitation.
Though the non‑profit chapter has formally closed, Rituals for Recovery’s trauma‑responsive mind‑body wellness program – lives on within our collective as a social‑impact initiative, continuing this legacy of restorative, trauma‑informed care through education, community partnerships, mentorship, and ethical commerce.
The ethos remains the same: creating safe, inclusive spaces where healing is accessible, autonomy is honoured, and dignity is restored through work, ritual, and relationship.
We believe commerce can be a conduit for care.
A portion of our collective energy and profit flows toward trauma‑informed training, community education, and local healing initiatives that support women on their journey of recovery and reintegration. Every purchase, class, and ritual participates in that circle of restoration.

Why We Built This Together
Why We Built This Together
Sage & Soul Collective exists at the intersection of restoration and responsibility.
Emotional well-being without financial stability creates ongoing stress.
Financial success without personal alignment creates burnout.
By bringing these disciplines under one roof, we offer something rare:
A sanctuary where inner work and outer strategy strengthen one another.
Where community and equity grow side by side.
Where healing is not escapism – but integration.
Impact & Community
Impact & Community
Grounded in trauma‑informed principles, we use business as a tool for restoration - supporting education, employment, and well‑being for women navigating recovery and reinvention.
Our ongoing commitments include:
- Offering trauma‑informed training and mentorship for women entering wellness and creative industries.
- Allocating a portion of profits to survivor‑focused education and community wellness projects.
- Prioritizing ethical and fair‑trade sourcing across our retail and elixir offerings.
- Hosting seasonal circles and fundraising events that build bridges between survivors and their communities.

We chose Millbrook intentionally.
A place where relationships matter.
Where growth can happen without losing depth.
Where community is not abstract - it is lived.
